- Tenkiller
State Park - TPC
is under new management, with many improvements already implemented
and many more planned in the near future. If you haven't been
here lately, then your in for a real surprise. New camp sites
have been added, new signs are going up, many already in place,
to help identify areas of the park and help you find your way
around. There is a new kids fishing pond, stocked regularly for
the young ones, a new bird blind, where you can watch the winged
ones, new hiking trails, for the adventurous, and the nature
center, which continues to grow and expand. The lake view cabins,
are once again "lake view", after some pruning and
clearing of trees. These are just a few of the exciting changes,
after many years of marginal maintenance, placing TSP well on
it's way back to becoming a treasured destination for visitors
and campers. Visit today and enjoy the returning beauty and splendor
of this most special place. (Located off Hwy 100, just east of
the dam....SEE
MAP) For details on park
amenities and pricing, follow the Tenkiller State Park link above.
